What is baltemar brito?

Baltemar Brito (born August 2, 1962) is a Brazilian football coach and former player. He is best known for his time as an assistant coach to Jose Mourinho at Porto, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, and Chelsea. During this time, he was part of a coaching staff that won numerous domestic and international titles, including two UEFA Champions Leagues and a treble with Inter Milan in 2010.

As a player, Brito was a versatile defender who began his career at Flamengo in the early 1980s. He went on to play for several other Brazilian clubs, as well as for Spanish side Osasuna. He retired from playing in 1996 and turned to coaching, starting out as an assistant to Vanderlei Luxemburgo at Santos.

Brito has also worked as a head coach, with stints at several Brazilian clubs including Guarani, Botafogo, and Sport Recife. However, he has primarily worked as an assistant coach throughout his career.

In addition to Mourinho, Brito has also worked with other top coaches such as Luiz Felipe Scolari, Paulo Autuori, and Muricy Ramalho. He is widely regarded as one of Brazil's top coaching talents and is considered an expert in tactical analysis and set-piece strategies.
